Happy Valentines Day!

Real real short blog today as I have to race out the door but just wanted to say Happy Valentine's Day to everyone.

Whether you have a partner or not today is a day to cherish the people you love in your life.

Have a great one and try not to be TOO bad.

Love you!

Be healthy!

Alan

Where is everyone? I haven't been able to read the blog in what seems like ages. Work has completely blocked access and at home there is just never time or a space for me to break in to the jam at the computer between all the kids! Anyway, I'm up late, lamenting yet another Valentine's Day where I do lots of little things for all the people I love, expecting nothing return, and always getting just that.
So I got a chance to catch up and can't believe there isn't a single comment for days!
Well, I don't have a ton to say but the plateau thing struck home. I have been playing with the same few pounds for a long time now and I know its just me. I have lost enough that I feel good, I look so much better than I did, and I am comfortable. Not at goal, but not far off. I keep going to meetings, actually haven't weighed in for the last two because the lines are so long that I can't be bothered and I know that the results will be minimal, up or down. I am 'practicing maintenance' I guess. I know if I stop going, the pounds will creep on, but as long as I'm in those meetings and getting somewhat re-engergized each week, I will stay within these same couple of pounds. Just another part of the journey.

Hey M. WW!

Sorry to hear about your Valentines. Sometimes people just suck.

I think the problem I am starting to run into with comments is they are getting too spread out. I get some on the blog, quite a few on facebook, some as prvate emails and then others through a private group a friend in the UK set up.

If everyone posted on the blog it wol probably be easier, but if you don't see any on the blog, scroll down the page a bit and look to the right side. You will see a link to the my facebook page where you will see the blog reposted and ma find comments there.

Just keep coming to the meetings that is the main thing. If you keep going, you will indeed get re-energized. It always happens eventually.

Cheers!

Alan
